Struggle is real...Struggle is real. Especially when you go into that second wave of good deep sleep. I rallied and told myself I should at least do 1 mile today. I did 3. It always feels better once I start moving and running in the 32 degree dark weather. I started to feel my pace and rhythm come back. Yesterday ( Wednesday) I took the day off, which is always needed and good. It was hard because it was 45 degrees in the a.m. My body needed the rest and recovery from Texas.
Now it's about running smart, strenght training, and getting ready for next year.
