Weights, Cardio, Body Challenge
Didn't get a run in today. This was my rest day. Plus I had early morning meetings and it is raining out. Making today a rest day was really "on point" today. As the day progressed the weather got worse. I planned on going to weights class at the Cal-zone today. The torrential downpours was making me rethink that decision. I knew I had to go and challenge my body because I feel so " out of strength". I ended up not going to late meeting because the rain had me worried I would not make it for the 6pm class.
I got there, shoes, boots, and wetness. Since it's been a while I had 8 and 10 lb weights. My goal is to get to the 12lbs. Today we worked every part of our body. It was a weights,cardio, weights sandwich. Yes, body was in shock. It's good to mix it up.
Plus Ilove being with these ladies and going to the CZ. Thursday motivation and task got done!
