Hella Wind Resistance Running
This is the first week of Marathon training. Monday is a rest day. Tuesday is 4 miles. I ran 4.61 miles this morning. Since winter is knocking on our door, this morning it was snowy, icy, and hella windy. I ran at a gentle pace because I am not going to fall. My first two miles came in around 10 mins, then the next two 9.25.
At one point, the wind was pushing me forward. At other points, I had to pump my arms to fight to keep moving forward. I got more of a workout then I planned.
