My Saturday long run got derailed a bit. I had to get an oil change, do some running, go to the Black Market and then I was going to run. I knew had I had get up early and get the oil change because I know Saturday's are a mad house. I didn't have a choice because my oil light told me that I below 13% oil and it was time.
The good thing, I saw my old mechanic Mike who is now at Dorchester Tire. He told me to come and sit next to him at the " big desk" and we talked and caught up. From our interactions I got to know the guys at DOT tire. I stayed longer than expected. The day just got busy.
By 3 I was done. It was mid afternoon and 61 degrees. Do I run? Do I run? ugh! I thought I was give running in the afternoon a try. I ran 4 miles and I'm still not a fan of running after the a.m.
This just reienforced that I am not an afternoon runner. My lane and my jam is in the a.m.
