Greeted by the Sun

Tuesday's a.m. run was 44 degrees with birds chirping away, coyotes running in the field and the sun to greet me. lol.  I couldn't believe that I saw two coyotes running by me. They were fast. My ass wanted to run and chase them. Why? who knows. If I caught up to them, then, what? LOL. Craziness in the a.m. Then I saw two women talking and running together. I made sure to out run them because I didn't want to hear their chatter while running.

After all of that I finished  at 2.70 miles. I couldn't even get the .30 miles in because I was going to be late for work. I will gladly own the 2.70 miles

Plus I'm not going to get too worked up because I'm going Cardio-Bootcamp tonight at 7.
