4.4.2019 was the last treadmill workout. 5 miles of inclines and speeds in Boston with 5 people in the class. ..Fast forward to 4.14…speed and inclines with 26.2 miles of fun with over 50,000 people. Ten more days. I just have to laugh. Still tapering and running light. I’ve now reached the point that I’m ready. Those 45 minutes are no joke and I’ve tackled it with the change with my speed and inclines.
