COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”

Fall is knocking on Summer’s door. He is not welcomed yet. It’s 57 degrees at 5:50a.m. and sunrise is not until 6:05 a.m. Darkness is coming. But it’s not here yet, damnit!

This week starts BAA half training. The training plan I have has a 5k and 3.5 mile run. this week. Because of strength training I haven’t run as much. Well, all that is about to change.

I ran along the mystic river reservation. That has been a route I haven’t done in a while. Since it has been a while, things have changed. The path I was going to run into Charlestown was closed off. Ok, recalculate to running through east Somerville. People were going to work…walking, waiting for the bus, and driving. To be honest this was a good morning to run. I realized I was tired. More running training is need.
