Wake Up/ Shake UP
No running today but core workout with my 5:15am Cal-Zone Crew. This morning was a SUPER struggle. Back in Boston Monday a.m. from the Phoenix Red-Eye, brief run when I got back and trying to get ready for the first day of school which starts today
We started with disc to workout out the core. I mother F'ing hate disc. Our whole body got hit with weights, arms, disc, core, planks, push ups, high knees. My goal is to be stronger and I realized that my right side is weak and I need to make it stronger.
If state number #33 had a time of 2:01:54 then with my 5:15am crew hopefully I can get that number under 2!
