My body knows the miles

My body knows the miles

This morning was going to be a 10k a.m. run since I didn't run on Wednesday.  My tracker wasn't working and  it didn't tell me my miles. The good thing is that I know my body. I know when I have run a mile.  I felt like I ran a mile an my tracker did not tell me.  When I checked it, it had the time and calories burned but not the mileage. I was trying to fix it but it was taking too long. I just said F it, and kept running. I estimate I  ran 3 miles if not a bit over. The area that I ran in, I had run before so I was familiar with the route. Still, I go back to knowing my body and what a 1, 2, 3 feels like. I know the miles from the sweat, the way my legs feel. At a mile, they are warmed up and ready. I know my pace, after a mile picks up, there are just so many ways to know. Inspite of a techniqual error, I still put in my miles.
