Just do a mile
Work won yesterday. Tuesday’s are my #workwon’twin days. I make sure that Tuesday evenings I go to Cardio-Bootcamp. No excuses. Yesterday it was raining hard and I had a shit ton of work to do. I opted out of Cardio-Bootcamp, which wasn’t a good idea but it happened. This morning, is a 10k a.m. humpday morning. I just wasn’t feel the need to get up. I had too. The morning was getting later and later and the miles I wanted to run kept slipping away. Instead of doing nothing. I had to at least get a mile in. If anything, I can run a mile. A mile is better than nothing.
Since it’s been super cool, I layered up and headed out. And of course it was hot and muggy and I was over dressed. lol. I was going to get my mile in. Slow and steady. This morning I finished with 2.40 miles done. More than 1 mile not 6 miles.
In the process of running I ran, squat up some stairs too. Sometimes you just make adjustment and keep it moving
