Thursday Speed and Hill work
I like a good early a.m. workout. Today at the Heartbreak Hill running club it was 45 minutes( 5 miles) of hill and speed work. WTF. I’m so not ready. The changing of inclines and speeds and form, oh my! It was intense. This was my first time in the class and it is still week 1 of training. I know now what to expect.
