I love having a treadmill class at 5:45am. 45 minutes on the treadmill, no getting off. We are shifting the incline and speed levels with the dj/runner instructor. Today class was packed compared to last Thursday. The whole back row was filled with runners. I try to focus on my form. Leaning in, watching how my hips are, movement of my arms, and breathing. Near the end when we ran 3( 30 seconds) of speed level 4, I ran at a 7.0. It was kind of scary to go so fast. Normally I keep in the 6.0-6.5 range.
The dj instructor and another lady notice my movement and picking up the pace. I don’t know how anyone can see because I can’t but they saw me. lol. I felt good and strong. I’m going to remind myself of those movements.
