The Struggle is real. Weekends for some reason is hard to motivate me to run. I have to. This morning, after 2 days of not running and sleeping for 10 hours last night, I ran. Today was my long run. I wanted to go beyond 10 miles and see how running 11 would feel. Surprisingly, not so bad. This morning was perfect for running. It was 37 degrees, no wind, calm and quiet. The little hiccup was some of pavement was a bit icy from the cold and rain of last night. I made sure to go extra slow and be mindful of my surrounding.
My thought after running was “ 15 miles to train run and run, oh my”. Here’s to a good morning winter a.m. run
