Fall Crisp

Fall Crisp

The Struggle is real. It’s always real. It never goes away. I hit the snooze alarm three times before I got up. I’m mentally tired and just wanted to sleep. I know that I can’t do that. I know that once I get up to run I will feel better about myself and life. I had to get up, part number one. Slowly, I did and got myself ready. When I walked outside I realized that fall is here and it was 50 degrees. Once I put on my vest and stretch a bit. It was time to run.

I could take my time to run and not be rushed today. I did just that. Today I run 6.22 miles for a Thursday’s a.m. run . I was able to think and just be.

Bonus was the pastels sky.
