Strong 30 in the a.m....YES

I’m so glad the semester is almost over! Normally I have to teach on Friday’s at 8a.m. so I can never make the 5:45a.m. Strong 30 class. Since I don’t have class today, I can go the Strong30 class at the Cal-Zone. It’s 30 minutes of working on core, strength, and flexibility of the body.

It was just 6 of us at 5:45 a.m. doing this. Again, it was good to see the ladies of the a.m. morning crew that I had missed seeing. We used weights, the mat, and did things that I have to do in PT. Building muscle memory and healing.
