Monday - I opted to rest in the morning and go to Strong 30 by Zumba at the Cal-Zone. After Saturday’s 20 miler I realized it’s time to mix up some of the exercises for training. Up until this point, I’ve been running. Tuesday Track work= running, Thursday Treadmill = running, Outdoors= running. I know that I should cycle , swim, do strength training…something else. With less than 50 days to go I need to kick it up.
Today was strength and core workout with all kinds of different movement, all within 30 minutes. I think my body was in shock a bit but it was good. I felt odd of shape, or not very strong. I have been stronger with core workout in the past. Today was good. Tomorrow I’ll do Cardio-bootcamp. Keeping things moving
