4 miler to kick off the last week of Spring
The last week of spring was a reality slap! I weighed myself 154.8 . I could feel that I was heavier but I didn’t realize that I’m 10 pounds heavier. This was a much needed slap in the face. I need to make sure to eat right, hydrate more, and drink less. or drink healthier.
This morning I ran on the East Boston Greenway and literally ran into the street crossing art work. I thought about all the streets, paths, country roads I have run across. Whom and what do I cross on a run is the question. As I was running I saw a man who stopped to unbuckle his belt. I thought he was going to pull down his pants as he held his coffee but that didn’t happen. I crossed his path and he pulled up his pants and readjusted his belt.
