Christmas Eve 10k Beach Run

Christmas Eve 10k Beach Run

COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

It’s 40 degrees on Christmas Eve which means a.m. beach run. It’s suppose to rain all day tomorrow. Today, it’s warm, clear, and perfect for a winter beach run. I still have some more grocery shopping to do. The sooner I finish running, the sooner I can go to the grocery store and get out.

6.13 miles , 1:04:08, 10:28min/mil

The beach run always makes me pause when I can see the sun rising over the water. I’m running into the day, really I’m welcoming and greeting the day when I see the sun slowly coming up.
