Going around and around

Team red for another , well my second trackworkout for February. My body and left knee felt a lot better than last time. Also I listen to myself. I knew when to pull back and stop when I needed. I still have a good strong pace. I can’t express my overwhelming joy of running and when we finished I could walk pain free!!

It was a good motivational time to see all the ladies and gents this morning.

Later on today I’ll visit the doctor to get my MRI results and find out what will be the next steps.
