COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

59 degrees out, hello fall. I saw on my facebook memory that it was fall like weather this same time last year. I put on long sleeves and long running pants. This was on top of the headlight.

Part of my issue this morning was where to run a 10k? I thought I would do an out and back down Bennington street but plans changed. The run started off by passing the highway ramp to the airport. I would have run unto the ramp for a picture but the cars were coming to fast- next.

Under the highway, I saw new or maybe they were old highway signs to be taken down or put up. That was different.

After running close to two and I half miles I turned going towards Winthrop and Constitutional Beach. Along the way, I saw some pretty cool signs on poles that made me smile. I thought it was just a couple but no. There were a row of signs on poles that went all the way down the street. I couldn’t read them all but I know I will be back to document them all.

As I happened to look up, I saw a reddish sun, it was so pretty. of course my assets was trying to chase the sun and just get that one awesome shot of it. I think I did.

Then I circled back to run down Baywatch street which is parallel to the airport. I could see the water, planes, and boats as I ran. This lead to running through Constitutional Beach, The Connector , and Bremen Street Park. All in a 10k.

The weather stayed nice and I felt great. I finished a 10k in 1:01:57 at a 10:03 pace. Yay for this!
