1st day of School

COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

Today is the first day of fall semester 2020. The first day of teaching over 60 students sychronously online. I need to run of my nervous energy. This the semester’s theme will be figuring out the unknown. I realize that is the theme of my running journey.

I ran for two miles and then walked for a mile. I’m glad it is somewhat cool this morning so I can think a bit.

Running by the water, seeing sunflowers, art, and just being was great to be in my own space .

The added bonus was seeing my stalker geese as they sent me off to school
