COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

I can’t remember how long it has been since the last Track Tuesday. I’m sure it was before surgery. Clearly more than a month, at least. I wanted to get back into my Tuesday Track habit. I planned to start off early this morning before sunrise. The sunrise is slowly starting to rise earlier. Now, 6:15a.m. is when the morning light will hit. I didn’t leave my house until 6:15 a.m. Slow start, the struggle is real.

When I got up and out, I continued the track Tuesday routine that started. 1 mile to the stadium. 2 miles around the track, 1 mile back home. In between that running up the stadium steps and doing some squats.

All of that didn’t happen today. I’m out of track Tuesday shape, for now. No squats, I ran up some of the stadium steps, and I ran 1.50 miles around the track. I ran a mile to the stadium and a mile home.

3.57 miles, 37:53, 10:37 min/mile pace. Let’s see what will happen next Track Tuesday. :)
