Track Tuesday a.m. Workout

COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”

Another cool morning to take advantage of before another heatwave comes. After last night sushi and champagne drinking to celebrate my friend Liz’s birthday, I had to hit the track this morning. At 6 a.m. I started my Track Tuesday routine of running to the track and then mixing up running and walking. Today, I did some speed intervals. I walked a lap, ran three laps, and did a lap of speed intervals. I did this patterned twice before walking up the stadium steps.

This morning there was an excercise group on the football field, about four of them. Two latina women walking on the track and a mother and sun riding their bikes on the track. I didn’t see my regular Tuesday Track folks walking or running this morning. Hopefully, I’ll see them next Tuesday.
