COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

It is slick and slippery outside. Running or driving I need to be careful. The irony, is that it will be in the 50s today and in the 60s on Friday. Craziness. Today I have strength training class. but I also need to run 6 miles. I need to find a balance with running and strength training. My original plan was to run before class. I was too tired and couldn’t get my self up at 4:45a.m. Probably because I was up that early on Tuesday for Track Tuesday. I got to class on time and then I tried to run afterwards. Not a good idea. I ran/ walked for two miles. My legs needed a break. The plan I have is to do work and then run 4 miles in the afternoon. This is very different from my normal running mornings. I have to make adjustments and be flexible.

I got movement and workout out this morning.
