COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

Hurricane Lee came yesterday. Really he was a tropical storm, not the Nor’easter that was predicated. Rain, wind, and mild temperatures on Saturday. Not soo bad. In the morning it rained. That’s my run time. As we know, I don’t run in rain. But today, is a new day. It feels like Fall. At 6 a.m. it was a cool 61 degrees out. I ran the streets in my neighborhood. It was so quiet. I love seeing the sunrise as I hit the pavement.

I ran from East Boston to Chelsea and Back to East Boston. I crossed a couple of bridges, ran through Mary O’Malley Park and so a Turkey, my stalker. This one was alone and not so big. I thought I could take him. But I’ll save my energies and dislike for them later.

This was a good running morning. No runners, few people, great temp, and my body felt good. #winning on a Sunday.
