We love Track Tuesday.

Last week felt “light”—only about 90 runners at 6:34 a.m. (yes, that’s light for us). Probably spring break… maybe the cold. Usually, we’re 150+ deep.

Today: ladder workout. I thought it was a mini Michigan—nope. Just vibes and a lot of running.

Set was: 200, 400, 800, then a 10-minute run… and back down: 800, 400, 200. One-minute rest between. Most at 5K pace, 800s at 10K pace, and the 10-minute stretch at tempo. (Still not 100% sure what tempo is—just know it’s “hold on and don’t quit” pace.)

Red team? On fire.

Me? Strong… until I wasn’t. Skipped the last 200—these legs were done. Between Saturday’s 9-miler and Monday’s strength work, my knees were definitely talking.

Still—stacking miles, building strength, showing up.
