No'easter = no am run = weights and strength training =evening struggle = getting ready #23 redo
We Stacked, which I hate but loved. It's a shock to the body with planks, squats, burpees, bicep curls, tricep curls..in all type of forms and situations.
My plan was to run in the evening because of the massive am rain. I hate running in the evening. Actually, I'm not a fan of evening workouts. Since I decided not to run, I had to go to evening weights class.
