Weights on the Body
Part of runningSmart, Strong, and Pretty is letting my body rest and also adding strength and weight training into the mix. If I want to have a goal of finishing a half around a 1:45:00-1:50:00 time. I need to add more strength training in the mix.
Especially, asI get older strength training is good for musclesandbody. I love going to the Cal-Zone and getting it done with my crew.
