Uniqueness and resiliency
I'm so tired. I guess that has been the them of this week. I'm being extra mindful of my body and stress. I'm don't want to have a heart attack or a stoke. Last night I was in bed by 8:30pm and then up by 2, 4, and 5am.
I'm mindful that I need to run and move my body. This Thursday, it was very crisp out. I did see another person( male) running. As I was hitting the pavement, I looked up and saw this bird in this unique urban landscape. The uniqueness and resiliency of the building and the morning reminded me that I am that way as well. I need to remind myself and tap into more.
