Friday lights and empowering art

Friday lights and empowering art

COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

Today it is warm at 38 degrees. Big difference from the cold and light snow dustin on Thursday. I was ready with layers, headlight, and puffy mittens. The only downer was a pair a non working earbuds. This is the second pair that I had to throw away. Just like last time, I didn’t find out they didn’t work until I was in route running. Ugh. I just let the music play and anyone that was around me hear the music too. Sharing is caring?

Today I drove to Charlestown and I ran in Everett. Past the Casino and around the rotary. The border of Everett and Boston is very busy. I think people were confused seeing me run on the sidewalk. There was a lot of honking of horns. One guy honked at me while I had the walk right around and I was crossing the street. Clearly he was not used to that.

Beside the music recalculations, it was a good weather day to run. When I passed the Casino, I saw a sign that that Harbor walk , open 24/7 to the public. I did some running and exploring. I found an empowering and beautiful piece of artwork, lovely lights, and stalkers along the mystic river. Nice running surprise.

Overall 4.25 miles for Friday. Making my way to double digits.
