Last Track workout before Spring

Track Tuesday with team blue! Today was a lot of running. We ran for 10 minutes and did some short running things in the middle and then ran for another 10 mins with some stride runs in the end. For the first 10 min run with team blue, two women talked to me the whole time. I normally hate that. I engaged with them. Both were European white women. They were very interesting and love the run. One is during a trail run and the other wanted to run the Philly marathon. For 10 mins I didn’t feel winded and I was able to talk and run. I believe we ran an 8:50 pace for 10mins.

I tried this new powered energy to add in water and I don’t think it works for me. It was too sweet and I was super thirty. I need to start trying different kinds of nutrition and energy now.

Shame on me, because I was in a hurry to get back on campus for advising, I didn’t stretch. I told myself I wouldn’t do that. Damn! Have to start doing right when spring comes
