Crossing bridges on a muggy Monday

Crossing bridges on a muggy Monday

Covid -19 “The Rona Era”

Monday is starting off muggy. I know I just need to suck it up and deal with the muggy. I made sure to get some stretching in before my run. I reminded myself slow , steady, and persistent. Running my knee started to bother me, the more I ran the better it felt. So I kept on running. Ironically, I crossed over two bridges this morning. Considering my week last week, this was very symbolic. Despite the obstacles, fears, or insecurities, you have to put your feet forward to get over those bridges. You never know what is on the other side.

Despite the muggy and my on and off again knee, I kept on going. It felt good. I was very proud of myself to keep on running without stopping. I surprised myself for being stronger than I thought and I ran 5.12 miles.
