45 minute Wednesday Walk
Era of WTF and “ slavery was not just bad”
Track Tuesday is always a vibe. I know I need to let my legs rest a bit. Besides not running, that means no anti-inflammatory pills, or rubbing ointments . Somethings your legs have to rest. I didn’t go to strength training this morning but I knew I had to move. 45 minute walk kept me moving. I didn’t go for distance, just time on feet. This is how we are training the ladies for the Boston Women’s 10k. Getting them use to time on feet. Then we’ll focus on the mileage. Since school starts in two week, I’m spending a lot of time sitting getting materials ready and participating in zoom meetings.
Walking in my hood in the cool morning is always nice. There were lots of people walking their dogs, running, and going to work at 6:20a.m. I could still hang out with the stalkers and look at the waterviews. A good way to clear my head and get ready for the day.
