Sunday Nature Walk

Sunday Nature Walk

ERA of WTF

Saturday was my first run of August. I know with this deteriorating meniscus and warn cartilage I had to give my legs a rest. Sunday, was 57 degrees, which is a perfect day for running. My asset knew better. I could at least walk and move my legs. I made my way to Horn Pond. To my delight, it was me and the stalkers for a while. The quiet of the morning dew, the sun-rising, and a couple of people walking by, made for a good morning. Originally, I was going to walk the first loop then run the second loop. That did not happen. The last 1 mile, I did do Interval running and walking. As the morning was getting later, people started to come out with their dogs, fishing equipment, and walking buddies on the pond. The goal is to keep this body moving.
