Humpday Tired

Era of WTF……….Joy and Resistance wonder what it will take to stop the Fascism. And when we do, how long will the recovery be, I’m sure decades to get back to some kind of normalcy, though I know things will be a different kind of normal. The latest and greatest was yesterday when President Trump toured a Ford Faculty and was heckled by a worker. The President of these United States of America flipped him off , the White House justified his action. What the hell? TJ Sabula was suspended for heckling the president. There has been a Go Fund me page that has already raised $220,000 for him. The Secretary of Health is pushing to have an autism registry. And ICE agents are just knocking on doors harassing and kidnapping people. This is beyond exhausting.

I was tired this morning. No strength training class but I do a 2 mile walk /run. I needed to move and take a moment for me to be outside. Already the temperature was in the 40s. I’m glad I took advantage of it.
